	We also guarantee our server uptime. If the server is down for more than 3 hours per month, you will receive credit for a full day of service for each hour over 3 that it is down. This only applies to server downtime, as we have no control over your connection to the internet. Use the support request form to request your credit, and the credit is limited to one free week (7 days) per month.
